Our Services

We support adults and young people with communication and swallowing, at home, work or in the community. Whether you've communicated in your own way all your life or your needs have changed, we'll work with you and the people around you to focus on what matters most.

Communication After
Stroke or Brain Injury

Stroke or brain injury can change your speech, language, thinking or memory. We assess what's changed and set therapy goals with you, and help the people around you understand these changes and use strategies that help day to day.

Neurological and
Progressive Conditions

Parkinson's, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and dementia can affect your speech, voice and swallowing over time. We assess what's changing and adjust therapy as your condition does. Our speech pathologist is a certified LSVT LOUD and SPEAK OUT! Provider.

Swallowing (Dysphagia)

A swallowing assessment looks at how you're eating and drinking. We then work out the right support so mealtimes are safe and enjoyable, which may include referrals to other professionals, a Mealtime Management Plan (MMP), or training for you, your family and carers.

Augmentative and Alternative
Communication (AAC)

AAC includes any tools or systems that support or replace speech. We match the right system to how you communicate, then help you use it day to day with confidence. We also teach your family, carers and support workers how to understand and support it.

Lifelong Disability

Communication support for people with lifelong or developmental disability. We build assessment, therapy and education around the communication style that's already yours, and help the people around you understand and use it too.

Stuttering

Stuttering looks different for everyone. We assess how it shows up for you day to day, then build fluency strategies and confidence that suit how you want to communicate, using approaches like the Camperdown Program.

Fees

Our standard hourly rate is aligned with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and applies consistently to all clients regardless of funding type.

Our hourly rate is $193.99 and covers both face-to-face and non-face-to-face work.

  • A standard 1-hour appointment is structured as approximately 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy or assessment, and 15 minutes of non-face-to-face time spent on session preparation, clinical notes, scoring and analysis, and care planning.
  • Non-face-to-face time is an essential part of delivering safe, well-documented, and effective therapy, and is included within the hourly rate rather than charged as an additional fee.
  • There will be a travel charge for NDIS clients.
